A floor-type pedestrian traffic light with an enhanced durability and moisture-proof function comprises: an LED module provided on a PCB and for selectively controlling emission of a green LED or a red LED in a state in which the green LED and the red LED are arranged alternately; an LED protection guide having open upper and lower surfaces, and for protecting the LED module by surrounding the side surfaces thereof in a state in which the LED module is fitted thereinto; an upper case coupled to an upper portion of the LED protection guide to surround the LED protection guide; a lower case coupled to a lower portion of the LED protection guide to surround the LED protection guide; an elastic sealing member provided on edge coupling portions between the LED protection guide, the upper case, and the lower case, and for elastically coupling the LED protection guide, the upper case, and the lower case so that the LED protection guide, the upper case, and the lower case can be watertightly coupled to each other without directly contacting each other; and fastening means for fixing the upper case and the lower case so as not to be spread while pressing the elastic sealing member in a state in which the LED module, the LED protection guide, and the elastic sealing member are provided between the upper case and the lower case.
