An objective of the present invention is to manufacture a door used in subways, electromotive vehicles, and trains with a press, and provide an electromotive vehicle door including an inner panel and an outer panel, wherein the inner panel and the outer panel are formed of a flame-retardant sheet molding compound (SMC) material, a honeycomb core is sandwiched and bonded between the inner panel and the outer panel with an adhesive, and a plurality of coupling portions are formed on corresponding surfaces of the inner panel and the outer panel. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flame-retardant door for subways, electromotive vehicles, and trains by using a press, and a door therefor, in which a door panel is press-molded at a high temperature and a high pressure with the SMC material, so that excessive manpower and a time loss are reduced as compared with an existing product manufacturing scheme.
본 발명은 지하철, 전동차, 기차에 사용되는 출입문을 프레스로 제조하기 위한 것으로서, 내부패널과 외부패널로 이루어진 전동차 출입문을 포함하며, 난연 SMC 소재로된 내부패널과 외부패널로 이루어지고, 내부패널과 외부패널은 사이에는 허니컴 코아가 접착제로 접착시켜 샌드위치하고 상기 내부패널과 외부패널이 대응되는 면에 다수의 결합부가 형성된 것으로서, 본 발명은 SMC(Sheet molding Compound) 소재로 출입문 패널을 고온 고압으로 프레스 성형함으로 기존 제품제작 방식에 비해 과다한 인력 및 시간 손실을 줄일 수 있도록 한 프레스를 이용한 지하철, 전동차 및 기차용 난연 출입문 제조 방법 및 그 출입문에 관한 것이다.
