The present invention relates to a black ice analysis system using a wireless communication and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the black ice analysis system comprises: at least one image photographing apparatus including a photographing unit photographing a road on which black ice can be generated; a sensor measuring weather information on the roads where the black ice can be generated; a transmitter managing and transmitting an image signal acquired from the road; and a server determining whether black ice is generated through information transmitted from the transmitter. The transmitter comprises: a data receiving unit including an image receiving unit receiving the image signal photographed by the image photographing apparatus; a data processing unit receiving the image signal from the data receiving unit and processing the image signal into a wireless signal; a wireless transmitting/receiving unit transmitting the wireless signal transferred from the data processing unit; and a transmission control unit controlling the data receiving unit, the data processing unit, and the wireless transmission/reception unit. Accordingly, a road where black ice can be generated is photographed even in a low visibility environment, the photographed image signal and the detection signal measured by the sensor are converted into a digital signal, the digital signal is stably transmitted to a remote server through wireless communications, and the server determines whether black ice is generated on the road based on the transmitted digital signal, thereby effectively informing the determination result to the safety managers and drivers.

    본 발명은 무선통신을 이용한 블랙아이스 분석시스템과 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 블랙아이스가 생성될 수 있는 도로를 촬영하는 촬영부를 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 영상촬영장치, 블랙아이스가 생성될 수 있는 도로의 기상정보를 측정하는 센서, 도로로부터 획득되는 영상신호를 관리하여 전송하는 송신장치 및 상기 송신장치로부터 전송된 정보를 통해 블랙아이스의 생성 여부를 판단하는 서버를 포함하고, 상기 송신장치는 상기 영상촬영장치에 의해 촬영되는 영상신호를 수신받는 영상수신부를 가지는 데이터수신부, 상기 데이터수신부로부터 영상신호를 전달받아 가공하여 무선신호로 처리하는 데이터처리부, 상기 데이터처리부로부터 전달되는 무선신호를 전송하는 무선송수신부 및 상기 데이터수신부, 데이터처리부, 무선송수신부를 제어하는 송신제어부를 포함하여 저시정 환경에서도 블랙아이스가 생성될 수 있는 도로를 촬영하고, 촬영된 영상신호와 센서에 의해 측정되는 감지신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 무선통신으로 원거리에 위치하는 서버에 안정적으로 전송하고, 서버는 전송된 디지털 신호를 기반으로 하여 도로에 블랙아이스 생성 여부를 판단하여 안전 관리자 및 운전자들에게 효과적으로 알릴 수 있는 무선통신을 이용한 블랙아이스 분석시스템과 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
