The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a high heat dissipation housing for an electric vehicle drive motor which manufactures a motor housing by casting. The device for manufacturing a high heat dissipation housing for an electric vehicle drive motor comprises: a first mold and a second mold formed to form an outer peripheral surface shape of a motor housing, and configured to be formed by dividing a surface parallel to a longitudinal direction of the motor housing around the center; a core mold disposed between the first mold and the second mold and formed to form an inner peripheral surface shape of the motor housing; a cooling tube disposed between the first mold and the second mold and the core mold and formed in a coil shape to circulate coolant within the thickness of the motor housing; and a plurality of support units, when molten metal is injected, supporting the cooling tube in order to maintain a predetermined position and shape between the first mold, the second mold, and the core mold, and formed to form the motor housing together with the molten metal.

    본 발명과 관련된 전기차 구동모터용 고방열 하우징 제조장치는, 모터 하우징을 캐스팅에 의해 제조하는 장치로서, 상기 모터 하우징의 외주면 형상을 형성할 수 있게 형성되며, 상기 모터 하우징의 종방향과 평행한 가상면을 중심으로 나누어 형성할 수 있게 구성된, 제1금형 및 제2금형; 상기 제1금형과 상기 제2금형의 사이에 배치되며, 상기 모터 하우징의 내주면 형상을 형성할 수 있게 형성된, 코어금형; 상기 제1금형 및 상기 제2금형과 상기 코어금형 사이에 배치되어 상기 모터 하우징의 두께 내부에서 냉각수가 순환되도록 코일 형태로 형성된, 냉각튜브; 및 용탕의 주입시 상기 냉각튜브가 상기 제1금형 및 상기 제2금형과 상기 코어금형의 사이에서 일정 위치와 형태를 유지시킬 수 있도록 상기 냉각튜브를 지지하며, 용탕과 함께 상기 모터 하우징을 이룰 수 있게 형성된, 복수의 지지부를 포함할 수 있다.
