The present invention relates to an adjusting pulley structure for a vehicle door, which prevents a stepped portion from being generated between glass and a frame when the window glass of the vehicle door is opened and closed. To this end, the adjusting pulley structure for a vehicle door comprises: an adjusting bolt in which a clutch bolt is formed at one side, a panel bolt is formed at the other side, and an inner panel of the door is connected to the panel bolt; a clutch nut in which a protruding part formed on the end of one side penetrates into a pulley central part to be fastened to the clutch bolt so that a pulley inserted into the clutch bolt is fixed thereto and of which the end of the other side is connected to a rail; and a nut fastened to the panel bolt to fix the adjusting bolt to the inner panel of the door, wherein the clutch nut also serves as a function of a rotating shaft of the pulley.
본 발명은 자동차 도어의 윈도우 글라스 개폐시 글라스와 프레임 사이에 단차가 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 일측에 클런치 볼트가 형성되고, 타측에 패널 볼트가 형성되며, 패널 볼트에는 도어의 내부 패널이 연결되는 어저스트 볼트와, 일측 말단에 형성된 돌출부가 클런치 볼트에 삽입되는 풀리를 고정하도록 풀리 중심부를 관통하여 클런치 볼트에 체결되고, 타측 말단이 레일과 연결되는 클런치 너트 및 패널 볼트에 체결되어 어저스트 볼트를 도어의 내부 패널과 고정하는 너트로 구성되되, 글런치 너트가 풀리의 회전축 역할을 겸하는 자동차 도어용 어저스트 풀리 구조에 관한 것이다.
