The present embodiment relates to a tunnel management system. The tunnel management system according to one aspect comprises: a sensing unit which senses a situation in a tunnel, including information on vehicles traveling in the tunnel, environment information in the tunnel, accident information in the tunnel, and traffic information in the tunnel; a display unit which displays the information sensed by the sensing unit; a memory in which individual unique identification codes of equipment constituting the sensing unit or the display unit are stored; a communication unit for wired and wireless communication with an external server or a user terminal; a plurality of cameras provided in the tunnel to photograph an installation area in the tunnel; and a control unit controlling the display unit in association with a unique identification code in the situation information received from the sensing unit.
