본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 근전도 신호 측정에 기반한 졸음운전 방지 장치는 차량을 운전 중인 사용자의 근전도 신호 측정에 기반한 졸음운전 방지 장치에 있어서, 상기 사용자의 피부에 접촉하여, 상기 사용자의 근전도 신호를 측정하는 측정부; 기설정된 상태분류기준에 기반하여, 상기 측정된 근전도 신호에 따른 운전상태를 판단하고, 상기 판단된 운전상태에 대하여 설정된 신호들을 생성하여, 상기 생성된 신호들을 출력하는 제어부; 및 상기 출력되는 신호들을 입력받고, 상기 입력된 신호들에 기반하여 소정의 조치를 취하는 출력부를 포함한다.

    According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for preventing drowsy driving based on measuring an electromyography signal is provided. The apparatus for preventing drowsy driving based on measuring an electromyography signal of a user driving a vehicle comprises: a measuring unit coming in contact with a skin of the user to measure an electromyography signal of the user; a control unit determining a driving state in accordance with the measured electromyography signal based on a predetermined state classification standard, and generating predetermined signals with respect to the determined driving state to output the generated signals; and an output unit receiving the outputted signals, and taking a predetermined step based on the received signals.
