Disclosed is a method for installing an outdoor air conditioner module, capable of installing an outdoor air conditioner on a construction pad of a process chamber producing a semiconductor or flat panel display device. The method for installing an outdoor air conditioner module of the present invention comprises: (a) a step of dividing and modularizing the outdoor air conditioner; (b) a step of placing the outdoor air conditioner module on a transport cart to integrate them, and lifting and carrying them into the process chamber; (c) a step of transporting and aligning the outdoor air conditioner module brought into the process chamber to a construction pad in which a loading stand is pre-installed; (d) a step of lifting a lifting pad to be installed on the transport cart to lift the outdoor air conditioner module and installing a heavy load cart on the loading stand; (e) a step of lowering the lifting pad of the transport cart to place the outdoor air conditioner module on a heavy load cart; (f) a step of transporting the outdoor air conditioner module onto the construction pad by the heavy load cart to place the outdoor air conditioner module in a designated position; (g) a step of repeating the steps (a) to (f) to sequentially place all the remaining outdoor air conditioner modules on the construction pad; and (h) a step of combining the plurality of divided outdoor air conditioner modules of (g), and tightly closing the coupling portion of the outdoor air conditioner module. According to the present invention, in the process chamber producing a semiconductor or flat panel display device, the outdoor air conditioner module which cleans, controls and supplies external air is modularized at the factory and placed in a designated position on the construction pad using the transport cart, loading stand, and heavy load cart. The outdoor air conditioner module can be installed quickly by simplifying existing complex installation processes and improving convenience and safety.

반도체 또는 평판 디스플레이 소자를 생산하는 공정실의 건축패드 위에 외조기를 설치할 수 있는 외조기 모듈의 설치방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 외조기 모듈의 설치방법은, (a) 상기 외조기를 분할 조립하여 모듈화하는 단계; (b) 상기 외주기 모듈을 운반용 대차 위에 안착시켜 일체화하고, 상기 공정실로 양증하여 반입하는 단계; (c) 상기 공정실에 반입된 외조기 모듈을 반입대가 미리 설치되는 건축패드로 운반하여 정렬하는 단계; (d) 상기 운반용 대차에 설치되는 양중패드를 상승시켜 외조기 모듈을 양중하고, 상기 반입대 위에 중량물 대차를 설치하는 단계; (e) 상기 운반용 대차의 양중패드를 하강시켜 외조기 모듈을 중량물 대차 위에 안착하는 단계; (f) 상기 외조기 모듈을 중량물 대차에 의해 건축패드 위로 운반하여 지정된 위치에 안착하는 단계; (g) 상기 (a) 내지 (f)의 과정을 반복하여 분할된 나머지 외조기 모듈을 모두 건축패드 위에 순차적으로 안착하는 단계; 및 (h) 상기 (g)의 분할된 다수의 외조기 모듈을 결합하고, 외조기 모듈의 결합부분을 밀실하게 마감하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 반도체 또는 평판 디스플레이 소자를 생산하는 공정실에서 외부 공기를 정화하고 제어하여 공급해주는 외조기 모듈을 공장에서 모듈화하고 운반용 대차, 반입대 및 중량물 대차를 이용하여 건축패드 위의 지정된 위치에 안착함으로써, 기존의 복잡한 설치 과정을 단순화하고 편리성 및 안전성을 향상시켜 신속하게 설치할 수 있다.
