액추에이터(2)에 의해 보조 질량(1)을 구동하였을 때의 반력을 이용하여 제진 대상(T)의 진동을 억제하는 액티브 제진 장치(X)에 있어서, 액추에이터(2)의 변위나 동작 속도에 강성 게인(k) 및 감쇠 게인(c)을 승산하여 피드백함으로써, 제진 장치 기계계(X1)의 고유 진동수가 제진 대상(T)의 가진 주파수(ω)에 일치하고, 제진 장치 기계계(X1)의 감쇠를 상쇄하는 특성으로 제어하는 강성 감쇠 제어부(5)를 구비하고, 이 강성 감쇠 제어부(5)에서는, 변동되는 가진 주파수(ω)에 따라서 강성 게인(k) 및 감쇠 게인(c)을 조정하도록 구성함으로써, 가진 주파수가 변동된 경우라도, 그 가진 주파수 성분의 진동을 적절하게 억제하는 것이 가능한 액티브 제진 장치(X)를 제공한다.
Provided is an active damping device (X) that suppresses vibrations of an object (T) to be damped by utilizing a reaction force generated when an auxiliary mass (1) is driven by an actuator (2). The active damping device (X) includes a stiffness/damping controller (5) that multiplies the displacement and the operating speed (v 1 *) of the actuator (2) by the stiffness gain (k 1a ) and the damping gain (c 1a ) and provides feedback of the multiplication result so that the natural frequency of a damping device machine system (X1) becomes equal to the excitation frequency (É) of the object (T) to be damped and the damping device machine system (X1) is controlled to have properties of counteracting the damping thereof. The stiffness/damping controller (5) is configured to adjust the stiffness gain (k 1a ) and the damping gain (c 1a ) according to the varying excitation frequency (É). The active damping device (X) capable of suitably suppressing the vibration corresponding to the excitation frequency component even when the excitation frequency varies can thus be provided.
