According to the present invention, a traffic light including a time display device comprises: multiple signal display parts displaying signals in different colors; a residual time calculating part calculating residual time of the current signal displayed by each of the signal display parts; a traffic light operation control part controlling at least one among the signal display parts to be operated to display the current signal, and controlling the part to display the residual time of the currently operating signal display part in Arabic numeral numbers through the corresponding signal display part according to the residual time, calculated by the residual time calculating part; a communication part transceiving data with a route guide terminal of a vehicle or receiving the data from a satellite; and a communication control part calculating the number of movable vehicles at a left turn signal according to operation time of the left turn signal, the average vehicle speed of the corresponding left turn section, and the average number of U-turn vehicles in the left turn section, comparing the number of vehicles, waiting in left turn or U-turn lanes, to the number of the movable vehicles based on road data, received from the satellite, providing an immediate execution message for left turn or U-turn to the route guide terminals of the vehicles corresponding to the number of the movable vehicles, placed in the left turn or U-turn lanes, when the number of the vehicles, waiting in the lanes, is more than the number of the movable vehicles, and providing advertisement content with the execution message for left turn or U-turn at the next signal to the route guide terminals of the vehicles among the vehicles excluding the movable vehicles.
