Provided are a crash evaluation test specimen, a crash test method, and a crash test device, and a method for manufacturing a hull structure, a method for designing a hull structure, and a hull structure, using the crash test method, which can be implemented economically by simplifying an actual hull structure without compromising the rationality of the collision safety evaluation of a hull. The crash evaluation test specimen is characterized in that one or more sheets of stiffener members are welded to a test steel plate corresponding to an outer or inner plate of a hull to be evaluated, and the test steel plate is disposed, and that a frame of a restraining plate is welded thereto, and the test steel plate is disposed. The crash test method is characterized in that an indenter is crashed into the test steel plate of the crash evaluation test specimen to deform or break the test steel plate. The crash test device comprises: the test steel plate of the crash evaluation test specimen, the indenter for colliding with the test specimen, and a mechanism for driving the indenter.
