To secure safety of a path on which a movable body moves even if there is unexpected disturbance of a sensor or an unexpected object is present as an obstacle.SOLUTION: A movable body control system that controls movement of a movable body in a movement region includes a safety state storage unit and a safety region extraction unit. The safety state storage unit stores a safety state as information defining a regioin of the movable region where the movable body can safely move. The safety region extraction unit extracts a safety region where the movable body can safely move from the movable region based on a current state as information related to a current state of the movable region acquired by the sensor and on a safety state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
