To provide a moving route and an opportunity to rest to a user more preferably in a guide service that an autonomously travelling movable body guides the user while moving along a route to a destination.SOLUTION: A movable body includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring biological information of a user; a route determination unit for determining a moving route to guide the user on the basis of the biological information; a rest point determination unit for determining a rest point on the basis of the biological information and surrounding circumstances while moving along the moving route; and a deformation mechanism deforming into a form that can be used as a resting tool at the rest point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
