滑走艇航行支援装置（planing boat sailing assisting device）（１）は、滑走艇（２０）に搭載されるセンサ（２）とデータ処理装置（３）を有する。センサは、水面（３０）に対して照射されたレーザー光の反射光ではなく、センサの斜め下方の水面からの自然可視光または赤外線をグローバルシャッター方式で取得する。データ処理装置は、センサで取得されたセンサ取得データを１０ＦＰＳ以上１００ＦＰＳ以下のフレームレートで取得し、取得された複数のセンサ取得データに基づいて、波浪の高さとこの波浪の到達時間に少なくとも関連する波浪データを、１秒間に少なくとも１回生成する。データ処理装置は、生成された波浪データを波浪表示装置および制御装置の少なくとも一方に出力する。
This planing boat sailing assisting device (1) has a sensor (2) and a data processing device (3) mounted on a planing boat (20). The sensor acquires natural visible light or infrared light from the water surface obliquely below the sensor, not the reflected light of the laser beam applied to the water surface (30), by a global shutter method. The data processing device acquires sensor acquisition data acquired by the sensor at a frame rate of 10 FPS to 100 FPS, and generates wave data relating at least to the height of a wave and the time of arrival of the wave at least once per second, on the basis of a plurality of acquired sensor acquisition data. The data processing device outputs the generated wave data to at least one among a wave display device and a control device.
