PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operationality of a flight device that is deviated from user's field of view.SOLUTION: In a steering device 1 for steering a flight device via a wireless network, a transmission unit 100 transmits an operation instruction, indicating the flight direction of the flight device, to the flight device via the wireless network. A positional information reception unit 1010 receives positional information, indicating the current position of the flight device, from the flight device via the wireless network. A view point setting unit 152 sets a virtual view point at a position different from the existence position of the flight device. A display control unit 153 controls the display 12 of the steering device 1 to display a flight image indicating the region of the flight device during flight, when viewing the flight device from the virtual view point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
