PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the possibility of discovering an underwater sailing body when an on-water sailing body temporarily interrupts tracking of the underwater sailing body.SOLUTION: This navigation control system is provided with: a first sailing body 100 sailing on water; and a second sailing body 200 that is sailing underwater and tracked by the first sailing body. The first sailing body is provided with an action processing unit 193 that notifies, when temporary interruption of the tracking of the second sailing body is determined, the second sailing body of the tracking temporary interruption. The second sailing body is provided with a navigation operation determination unit 292 that determines, when the notification of the tracking temporary interruption is received, a position where the first sailing body is known after the end of the tracking temporary interruption as the position of the sailing destination of the second sailing body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
