PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient car-sharing service.SOLUTION: An automatic driving vehicle management device according to the invention permits car-sharing of a plurality of automatic driving vehicles. The automatic driving management device includes: a recording part; an automatic divining communication part; a reservation reception part; and an automatic driving vehicle control part. The recording part records: a plurality of the vehicle porch spaces which are places for getting on and off the vehicles; a plurality of parking spaces for parking the automatic driving vehicles; and user information for performing communication with a user terminal. The automatic driving vehicle communication part receives position information and automatic driving vehicle information regarding getting on and off of the user from the respective automatic driving vehicles, and transmits travel information regarding a pre-boarding vehicle porch space, a getting-off vehicle porch space, and a parking space for parking after the user gets off the vehicle. The automatic driving vehicle control part controls the automatic driving vehicle by using the travel information based on reservation request information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
