【課題】車両の搭載作業を効率的に行う。【解決手段】船舶は、一対の舷側及び船底を有する船体と、船体内の一部に設けられた機関区域と、機関区域から隔てられるとともに船体内における機関区域の船首側に設けられて、複数台の車両を搭載可能な車両甲板を有した車両搭載部と、車両搭載部の一部に設けられると共に、一対の舷側から離間して設けられ、内部に燃料タンクが収容されたタンク室と、を備え、車両搭載部は、一対の舷側とタンク室との間で船首尾方向に延びて車両を搭載可能な一対の側部車両搭載領域と、機関区域とタンク室との間で船幅方向に延びて一対の側部車両搭載領域同士を車両が通過可能に接続する接続領域と、を備える。【選択図】図２
This ship comprises a hull having a pair of sides and a bottom, an engine zone provided in a portion of the inside of the hull, a vehicle loading portion which is separated from the engine zone and is provided on a bow side of the engine zone inside the hull and which has a vehicle deck on which a plurality of vehicles can be loaded, and a tank room which is provided in a portion of the vehicle loading portion and is provided spaced apart from the pair of sides, and which internally accommodates a fuel tank, wherein the vehicle loading portion comprises: a pair of side portion vehicle loading regions extending in a bow-stern direction between the pair of sides and the tank room; and a connecting region which extends in a ship width direction between the engine zone and the tank room and which connects the pair of side portion vehicle loading regions such that vehicles can pass therebetween.
