The present invention relates to a mobile lifting and alignment automation device exclusively for manufacturing ship-loading lead lines. Specifically, the present invention relates to a mobile lifting and alignment automation device exclusively for manufacturing ship-loading lead lines, capable of fully automating the placement and installation of a container loading lead guideline, which is currently done 100% manually using a hydraulic lift and a chain block when manufacturing a container ship block. Conventionally, a block on which a container is loaded must be accompanied by the placement of a structure in the form of a guide rail so that a loading lead line can be installed during the manufacturing process to secure the container when loading the container on a ship. A total of 18 loading lead lines are installed at the top and bottom of the block for approximately 30m. According to the present invention, automation technology capable of dramatically improving productivity and reducing costs can be provided. The device comprises a body part, a moving part, a support part, a guide part, and a fixing part.
