To improve comfort for an occupant who uses a portable terminal during driving.SOLUTION: A vehicle system comprises: an on-vehicle device mounted on a vehicle; and a portable terminal used by an occupant on the vehicle. The on-vehicle device includes: a vehicle information acquisition unit that acquires vehicle information related to the vehicle; a notification condition determination unit that determines whether or not a notification condition for providing a notification to the occupant is satisfied; and a transmission unit that, when it is determined that the notification condition is satisfied, transmits notification information dependent on the vehicle information to the portable terminal by using the communication device. The portable terminal includes: a reception unit that receives the notification information from the transmission unit by using the communication device; and a notification unit that provides a notification to the occupant on the basis of the notification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
