To provide a stitch decorative component sewing device capable of reducing feed failure of a thread engaging member unit to which many thread engaging members are connected and improving productivity of sewing work.SOLUTION: A stitch decorative component sewing device 10 has an insertion needle 2, a pushing pin 3, and a drive mechanism 4 to move the insertion needle and the pushing pin forward and backward. A thread engaging member unit 20 in which thread engaging members are connected to a connection rod 14 through a connection piece 13 is mounted so as to be movable in a feed direction, and a stitch pattern SM is continuously sewn on a surface of a skin material by making the pushing pin insert the thread engaging member held by the insertion needle between a base material and the skin material. The sewing device has a unit feed device 7 that has a plurality of feed pawls 71 simultaneously engaging with a plurality of connection pieces and moves the thread engaging member unit in the feed direction, and a unit holding device 8 that can move the thread engaging member unit and linearly holds the thread engaging member unit. The unit holding device is formed so as to be attachable to and detachable from a base 6 of the sewing device in a state of holding the thread engaging member unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】多数の糸係止部材が連結された糸係止部材ユニットの送り不良を低減でき、縫製作業の生産性を高めることができるステッチ加飾部品の縫製装置を提供する。【解決手段】挿入針２と押出しピン３と挿入針及び押出しピンを進退させる駆動機構４とを備え、糸係止部材が連結棒１４に連結片１３を介して連結された糸係止部材ユニット２０を送り方向へ移送可能に装着し、挿入針に保持した糸係止部材を、押出しピンが基材と表皮材との間に挿入して、表皮材の表面にステッチ模様ＳＭを連続して縫製するステッチ加飾部品の縫製装置１０である。複数の連結片と同時に係合する複数の送り爪７１を有して糸係止部材ユニットを送り方向へ移送するユニット送り装置７と、糸係止部材ユニットを移動可能であり直線状に保持するユニット保持装置８とを備え、ユニット保持装置は、糸係止部材ユニットを保持した状態で縫製装置の基台６に対して着脱可能に形成されている。【選択図】 図３
