風力発電機の設置、分離装置及びこれを用いた施工方法
風を利用して電気を生産する風力発電機を設置するにあたって、永久構造物のタワーに本発明の装置を設置し、発電機を設置、分離する方法及び装置が提示される。詳細には、風力発電機を支えるタワーに本発明の装置を設置して風力発電機の構成要素である翼とナセルを設置、分離する装置である。本発明の装置を使用することにより、風力発電機を含め、橋梁構造物の施工において従来の方法より経済的で安全に作業ができる。
An equipment for installing and dismantling of a wind turbine system including a tower, a nacelle and a blades is capable of self-climbing along the tower via upper and lower grippers moving up and down the supporting frame equipped with two booms along the tower. The two booms aren't able to turn around in horizontal plan but are able to hoist, for example, the nacelle and pivot it to the top of the tower before placing it on the positioning frame. In order to combine the nacelle to the tower, the nacelle resting on the positioning frame shall be adjusted to the location of the tower in horizontal plan before the positioning frame is lowering it to the tower.
