To provide a light emission device or the like which can suppress occurrence of halation in an image generated by an imaging device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 180 is supported by a second support body supported by a first support body along with an imaging device 190 on a side of the first support body, and emits a light 300 detected by the imaging device 190. The light emitting device 180 includes a light source part 120 which emits the light 300, and a lens 130 in which the light 300 emitted by the light source part 120 is incident and which emits the incident light 300. A light reduction part 400 which reduces at least a part of the light 301 emitted to a first support body side out of the light 300 incident in the lens 130 is arranged on a part of the lens 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

【課題】撮像装置が生成する画像におけるハレーションの発生を抑制できる発光装置等を提供する。【解決手段】発光装置１８０は、第１支持体が支持する第２支持体によって、当該第１支持体の側方に撮像装置１９０と並んで支持され、撮像装置１９０に検出される光３００を出射する発光装置である。発光装置１８０は、光３００を出射する光源部１２０と、光源部１２０が出射した光３００が入射され、且つ、入射された光３００を出射するレンズ１３０と、を備える。レンズ１３０の一部には、レンズ１３０に入射された光３００のうちの第１支持体側に向けて出射される光３０１の少なくとも一部を減ずる減光部４００が設けられている。【選択図】図３
