To provide an information processing device capable of improving the number of acceptances of a request for a ride.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 32 acquires a request for a ride from a user to an on-demand vehicle. A holding unit 36 holds a plurality of vehicle getting-on/off location patterns as presentation candidates to users. A presentation pattern determination unit 33 determines a vehicle getting-on/off location pattern to be presented to the user from the plurality of vehicle getting-on/off location patterns as presentation candidates held in the holding unit 36 on the basis of a departure place and a destination contained in the acquired request for a ride of the user. A presentation unit 38 presents the determined vehicle getting-on/off location pattern to the user. An update unit 52 selects a predetermined number of vehicle getting-on/off locations with which the number of vehicle getting-on/off location patterns for which users are estimated to exist is less on the basis of the vehicle getting-on/off location pattern determined for the requests for a ride of a plurality of past users acquired, and updates the vehicle getting-on/off location patterns held in the holding unit 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】乗車リクエストの受理数を向上できる情報処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】取得部３２は、利用者のオンデマンド車両への乗車リクエストを取得する。保持部３６は、利用者への提示候補の複数の乗降車場所パターンを保持する。提示パターン決定部３３は、取得された利用者の乗車リクエストに含まれる出発地と目的地にもとづいて、保持部３６に保持された提示候補の複数の乗降車場所パターンのなかから利用者へ提示する乗降車場所パターンを決定する。提示部３８は、決定された乗降車場所パターンを利用者に提示する。更新部５２は、取得された過去の複数の利用者の乗車リクエストのそれぞれに対して決定された乗降車場所パターンにもとづいて、利用者がいると推定される乗降車場所パターンの数が少なくなる所定数の乗降車場所を選択し、保持部３６に保持された乗降車場所パターンを更新する。【選択図】図２
