To provide a stitch decorative component manufacturing method that can remove thread slackening during sewing while avoiding cut of the thread.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stitch decorative component has a sewing device 40 having an insertion needle 2, a pushing pin 3 and a drive mechanism 4, and sews a stitch pattern SM on a surface of a skin material by inserting a tip 21 of the insertion needle holding a thread engaging member 1 engaging a thread S1 on a thread engaging part 12 between a base material KZ and the skin material HZ and subsequently pushing the thread engaging member by the pushing pin. The manufacturing method has a thread pullback device 5 that pushes the thread engaging member into the skin material and subsequently pulls back the thread to move the thread engaging part to a position of stitch from start of lifting up to completion of lifting up of the insertion needle. The thread pullback device has a thread pullback part 52, which is formed to be vertically movable and has a hollow part 521 through which the thread contactlessly passes at an elevated position, between thread guide holes 511 that guide the thread. 【課題】糸の切断を回避しながら縫製に伴う糸の弛みを除去できるステッチ加飾部品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】挿入針２と押出しピン３と駆動機構４とを有する縫製装置４０を備え、糸係り部１２に糸Ｓ１を係止した糸係止部材１を保持した挿入針の先端部２１を基材ＫＺと表皮材ＨＺとの間に挿入した後、押出しピンが糸係止部材を押し出して、表皮材の表面にステッチ模様ＳＭを縫製するステッチ加飾部品の製造方法である。糸係止部材を表皮材内に押し出した後、挿入針の上昇開始時から上昇完了時までの間に、糸を引き戻して糸係り部を縫い目の位置に移動させる糸引き戻し装置５を備え、糸引き戻し装置は、糸をガイドする糸ガイド孔５１１の間で、上下動可能に形成され上昇位置では糸が接触せずに通過する中空部５２１が形成された糸戻し部５２を備え、糸戻し部が下降する際、下降途中から中空部の外縁部５２１Ｇが糸を引き戻す。【選択図】 図２
