In a case where a second vehicle dispatch request is received from the user after a first vehicle dispatch request has been received from the user, the reception unit does not receive the second vehicle dispatch request when the specified date and time of the second vehicle dispatch request is included in a predetermined time period that is based on the specified date and time of the first vehicle dispatch request, but receives the second vehicle dispatch request when the specified date and time of the second vehicle dispatch request is not included in the time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
