To provide a vehicle body structure capable of improving the rigidity of a sub frame fastening position of a suspension in a vehicle body-side side frame and suppressing the transmission of vibration energy to the vehicle body-side side frame.SOLUTION: A first plate-like member 41, which obliquely extends from one side part in a vehicle width direction inside of a vehicle body-side side frame 7 to the other side part with respect to an extending direction of a sub frame, is fixed to a sub frame mounting position inside of the vehicle body-side side frame 7. A second plate-like member 42, which intersects with the first plate-like member 41 and extends over the one side part in the vehicle width direction inside of the vehicle body-side side frame 7 from an intersection portion CR, is fixed to the sub frame mounting position.
