To provide a drive unit which can avoid or suppress the generation of the vibration of a chain caused by resonance, and a vibration sound resulting from the vibration.SOLUTION: In a drive unit 1 in which a motor 2 having a power generation function driven by the transmission of engine torque via a chain 24 is arranged at an output side of a flywheel 10 to which the engine torque generated by an engine is transmitted, the flywheel 10 comprises: a recess 12 which is formed while being recessed to a rotation center axial line direction of the flywheel; a vibration mass 13 which is at least partially arranged in the recess 12; and an elastic member 33 for connecting the vibration mass 13 and the recess 12 so as to allow the flywheel 10 and the vibration mass 13 to relatively rotate. By the vibration of the engine torque, the vibration mass 13 vibrates to a circumferential direction of the flywheel 10 with respect to the flywheel 10, and the vibration of the engine torque transmitted to the chain 24 is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】共振によるチェーンの振動やそれに起因する振動音の発生を回避もしくは抑制することができる駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】エンジンで発生させたエンジントルクが伝達されるフライホイール１０の出力側に、チェーン２４を介してエンジントルクが伝達されて駆動される発電機能を有するモータ２が設けられている駆動装置１において、フライホイール１０に、その回転中心軸線方向に窪んで形成された凹部１２と、凹部１２内に少なくとも一部が配置される振動マス１３と、フライホイール１０と振動マス１３とが相対回転できるように、振動マス１３と凹部１２とを連結する弾性部材３３とを備え、エンジントルクの振動によって、フライホイール１０に対してフライホイール１０の円周方向に振動マス１３が振動してチェーン２４に伝達されるエンジントルクの振動を低減するように構成されている。【選択図】図１
