To inhibit discomfort caused to a user in a seat body which reduces fatigue of the user seated thereon.SOLUTION: A fatigue reduction system 1 provides vibration to a seat on which a user is seated and includes a seat body 50 and a vibrator. The seat body is mounted on a vehicle and configured so that an occupant is seated thereon. The vibrator is provided at the seat body. A contact surface 54, which is a surface with which a body of the user using the seat body contacts, includes one or more vibration parts 31 which vibrate in a surface direction that is a direction along the contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
