To improve strength of a front underrun protector formed by a divided structure.SOLUTION: A front underrun protector 1 has: a front part 11 extending in a vehicle width direction of a vehicle when the front underrun protector is attached to the vehicle; and a rear part 12 which is provided at the rear side relative to the front part 11 in a vehicle fore and aft direction. The front part 11 has: a first front part 111 extending in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle; a second front part 112 extending in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle and connected with one longitudinal end of the first front part 111; and a first back plate 113 which is provided on a rear surface of a joint part between the first front part 111 and the second front part 112 as seen in the fore and aft direction of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
