PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantly install a protective net by a rope so as to prevent a ship or the like from colliding with a quay wall when tsunami attacks a front face of a harbor.SOLUTION: There is provided means which installs anchors (1) on the sea bottom in a direction at which tsunami approaches, mounts long ropes (2) and (3) on the anchors, mounts the tip of the rope on metal fittings (6) of floats (4) in a state in which air is exhausted, installs the anchor in that shape and the float in the state in which the air is exhausted on the sea bottom of the harbour at equal intervals, connects the floats in the state in which the air is exhausted each other with the rope, installs the whole on the sea bottom in the connected state in normal time, floats the floats by remote operation when the tsunami attacks and simultaneously also floats the rope mounted under the floats, and prevents collision of a ship with a quay wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】港湾前面に津波が来襲したとき船舶等が岸壁に衝突しないように瞬時にロープによる防御網を設置すること。【解決手段】津波の進行してくる方向の海底にアンカー(1)を設置し、アンカーに長いロープ(2)と(3)を取り付け、ロープの先端は空気を抜いた状態のフロート(4)の金具(6)に取り付け、その形のアンカーと空気を抜いた状態のフロートを等間隔で港の海底に設置し、空気を抜いた状態のフロートは相互にロープで繋ぎ、常時はその状態で全体を海底に設置し、津波の来襲時はフロートを遠隔操作で浮上させて同時にその下に取りつけてあるロープも浮上させ船舶の岸壁への衝突を阻止する手段を有する。【選択図】図2
