PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin part for automobiles which has high rigidity, high heat resistance and high chemical resistance, and can ensure long-term reliability in a harsh indoor environment of automobiles.SOLUTION: The resin part for automobiles comprises a first portion in which a plating film is formed on a surface, and a second portion in which a plating film is not formed on a surface, and the first portion contains a first thermoplastic resin including polyamide, the second portion contains a second thermoplastic resin, and water absorption of the first portion when the first portion is immersed into water at 23°C for 24 hours is 0.5 wt.% or more and 3.0 wt.% or less, the water absorption of the second portion is 2.0 wt.% or less, and a difference of the water absorption between the first portion and the second portion is 2.9 wt.% or less, and the resin part for automobiles is any one of a resistor for air conditioner, a part that constitutes the resistor for air conditioner, a shift knob and an assist grip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】剛性、耐熱性及び耐薬品性が高く、自動車の過酷な室内環境において長期に亘る信頼性を確保できる自動車用樹脂部品を提供する。【解決手段】自動車用樹脂部品であって、表面にメッキ膜が形成されている第１の部位と、表面にメッキ膜が形成されていない第２の部位を有し、第１の部位は、ポリアミドを含む第１の熱可塑性樹脂を含み、第２の部位は、第２の熱可塑性樹脂を含み、２３℃の水に２４時間浸漬させたときの第１の部位の吸水率が、０．５重量％以上３.０重量％以下であり、第２の部位の前記吸水率が、２.０重量％以下であり、第１の部位と第２の部位の前記吸水率の差が２．９重量％以下であり、前記自動車用樹脂部品が、エア・コンディショナー用レジスタ、エア・コンディショナー用レジスタを構成する部品、シフトノブ及びアシストグリップのいずれかであることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
