PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel equipped with a system showing improved evaporation gas re-liquefying performance, as compared with a conventional partial re-liquefying system.SOLUTION: A refrigerant heat exchanger 140 heat-exchanges and cools both of a first fluid and a second fluid using evaporation gas passing through a refrigerant decompression device as a refrigerant. The first fluid is either one of evaporation gas compressed by a compressor 120 or a flow in which the evaporation gas compressed by the compressor 120 and evaporation gas compressed by a preliminary compressor 122 are merged, and the second fluid is either one of the evaporation gas compressed by the preliminary compressor 122 or the flow in which the evaporation gas compressed by the compressor 120 and the evaporation gas compressed by the preliminary compressor 122 are merged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
