PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft fuselage assembly jig usable for a plurality of aircraft fuselage panels.SOLUTION: An aircraft fuselage assembly jig is of a horizontally-set type on which an aircraft fuselage panel is placed in a laid state, and comprises: a base provided with a plurality of frame indices for positioning both ends of a plurality of aircraft fuselage frames; a plurality of header plates which project from the base to extend along the aircraft fuselage panel, and which align in parallel with one another in the axial direction of the aircraft fuselage panel; a plurality of electric cylinders which are provided in a radiating pattern on each of the plurality of header plates, and each of which moves a receiving member, which abuts on a skin included in the aircraft fuselage panel, in the radial direction of the aircraft fuselage panel; and air flotation devices which are provided on the receiving members and slidably support the aircraft fuselage panel by floating the skin above the receiving surfaces of the receiving members when air pressure is supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の航空機胴体パネルに使用することができる航空機胴体組立治具を提供する。【解決手段】航空機胴体組立治具は、航空機胴体パネルが寝かされた状態で載置される横置き型であり、複数の航空機胴体フレームの両端を位置決めするための複数のフレームインデックスが設けられたベースと、ベースから航空機胴体パネルに沿うように突出する、互いに平行に航空機胴体パネルの軸方向に並ぶ複数のヘッダープレートと、複数のヘッダープレートのそれぞれに放射状に設けられた複数の電動シリンダであって、各々が航空機胴体パネルに含まれるスキンに当接する受け部材を航空機胴体パネルの径方向に移動する電動シリンダと、受け部材に設けられた、空気圧が供給されたときに前記スキンを前記受け部材の受け面から浮き上がらせて前記航空機胴体パネルをスライド可能に支持する空気浮上装置と、を備える。【選択図】図１
