PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine agent feed device to ballast water capable of subjecting the residual part of a chlorine agent aqueous solution to germicidal treatment, a method for feeding a chlorine agent, a ballast water treatment device using a chlorine agent aqueous solution as a bactericidal agent, and a ballast treatment method.SOLUTION: Provided is a chlorine agent feed device comprising: a mixing dissolution device BMD where a solid chlorine agent is mixed and dissolved into water to produce a chlorine agent aqueous solution; a solution feed line 12 where the produced chlorine agent aqueous solution is fed to raw water for ballast water; and an alkali agent feed device ASDD where alkali agent is fed to the residual chlorine agent solution in the mixing dissolution device. The ballast water treatment device includes: a ballast water intake pipe line introducing the raw water into the ballast tank; a filtering apparatus included in the pipe line, filtering the raw water and capturing organisms in the raw water; a fungicide feed apparatus as the chlorine agent feeding apparatus of killing the organisms in the raw water after the filtering and sterilizing the bacteria; and a mixing apparatus included in the pipe line and mixing the fungicide into the raw water after the filtering.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】塩素剤水溶液の残留部分を殺菌処理できる、バラスト水への塩素剤供給装置、塩素剤供給方法、及び塩素剤水溶液を殺菌剤として使用するバラスト水処理装置、バラスト水処理方法を提供することである。【解決手段】上記塩素剤供給装置は、水に固体塩素剤を混合溶解し塩素剤水溶液を製造する混合溶解装置ＢＭＤと、製造された塩素剤水溶液をバラスト水の為の原水に供給する溶液供給ライン１２と、混合溶解装置中の残留塩素剤溶液にアルカリ剤を供給するアルカリ剤供給装置ＡＳＤＤと、を備える。上記バラスト水処理装置は、前記原水をバラストタンクに導くバラスト水取水管路と、この管路に介在され前記原水を濾過し前記原水中の生物を捕捉する濾過装置と、前記濾過後の原水中の生物を殺滅し細菌を殺菌する殺菌剤を供給する前記塩素剤供給装置である殺菌剤供給装置と、前記管路に介在され前記殺菌剤を前記濾過後の原水に混合する混合装置と、を備える。【選択図】 図１
