PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation device and an automatic operation method for an indoor crane capable of controlling movement of an article to be transferred from a current position to a target position highly accurately, efficiently and safely during a work requiring the indoor crane to handle the article to be transferred.SOLUTION: An automatic operation method using an automatic operation device for an indoor crane comprises: determining a deviation between a current position and a target position of an upper roll by a host computer 33 recognized on the basis of an IGPS signal received by a navigation receiver 32; and autonomously moving an indoor crane so that the current position of an upper roll becomes a target position on the basis of a deviation between the determined current position and the target position. Thereby, the upper roll can be controlled to move from the current position to the target position highly accurately, efficiently, and safely during a work requiring the indoor crane to handle the article to be transferred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋内クレーンによる被搬送物のハンドリングを必要とする作業において、被搬送物の現在位置を目標位置に高精度、効率的、且つ、安全に制御可能な屋内クレーンの自動運転装置及び自動運転方法を提供すること。【解決手段】屋内クレーンの自動運転装置では、ホストコンピュータ３３が、航法用受信機３２が受信したＩＧＰＳ信号に基づき認識された上ロールの現在位置と目標位置との偏差を算出し、算出された現在位置と目標位置との偏差に基づいて上ロールの現在位置が目標位置になるように屋内クレーンを自律移動させる。これにより、屋内クレーンによる上ロールのハンドリングを必要とする作業において、上ロールの現在位置を目標位置に高精度、効率的、且つ、安全に制御することができる。【選択図】図２
