PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of motion sickness of an occupant.SOLUTION: A head rotation axis estimation part 22 estimates a rotation axis of a head on the basis of a posture of the head of a vehicle occupant who watches an image displayed on an image display device 40 installed on the vehicle. A head rotation axis change estimation part 24 estimates a change in the rotation axis of the head on the basis of a time sequence of the rotation axis of the head estimated by the head rotation axis estimation part 22. When the change in the rotation axis of the head estimated by the head rotation axis change estimation part 24 is equal to or larger than the predetermined threshold, an image display control part 30 controls the image display device 40 by at least one of changing a display position of an image and rotating a display of an image to be controlled to restrain the posture change of the occupant's head.
【課題】乗員の動揺病の発生を抑制することができるようにする。【解決手段】頭部回転軸推定部２２によって、車両に搭載された画像表示装置４０に表示される画像を注視している車両の乗員の頭部の姿勢に基づいて、頭部の回転軸を推定する。そして、頭部回転軸変化推定部２４によって、頭部回転軸推定部２２によって推定された頭部の回転軸の時系列に基づいて、頭部の回転軸の変化を推定する。そして、画像表示制御部３０によって、頭部回転軸変化推定部２４によって推定された頭部の回転軸の変化が、予め定められた閾値以上である場合に、乗員の頭部の姿勢の変化を抑制するように、画像の表示位置の変更、及び制御対象画像の表示の回転の少なくとも一方を行って表示させるように画像表示装置４０を制御する。【選択図】図１
