L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une paroi de séparation comprenant un module de paroi de séparation (150) possédant un premier côté principal (201) et un second côté principal (202) ; dans lequel une partie centrale comprenant au moins un panneau isolant (270) est munie d’une plaque pour la protection du panneau isolant (270), dans lequel l’au moins un des panneaux isolants (270) de la partie centrale est enveloppé par un manchon (280) constitué d’un matériau flexible, le manchon (280) étant mobile par rapport au panneau isolant (270), et dans lequel on utilise au moins une plaque supplémentaire destinée à protéger le panneau isolant (270), qui est fixée au manchon (280) ; dans lequel lesdites plaques (220) sont adjacentes les unes aux autres et sont fixées au manchon (280), et deux plaques adjacentes (220) sont séparées l’une de l’autre par une soudure secondaire.
