It is provided a portable mobile device (211) for navigation of a passenger (201) from a current start position (X0) of the passenger (201) to an appointment place (FT), wherein the portable mobile device (211) is configured to communicate with a server (300) that is connected to the portable mobile device (211) as well as a first vehicle (410) and a second vehicle (420) via a wireless network, the portable mobile device (211) being configured to: determine the current start position (X0) of the passenger (201); receive an input of an appointment time (t F ) and the appointment place (FT) from the passenger (201); and transmit the current start position (X0), the appointment time (t F ) and the appointment place (FT) to the server (300) that is configured to calculate based on the current start position (X0), the appointment time (t F ), the appointment place (FT) and a traffic related real-time data (RD), at least one trip route (RT) and a corresponding start time (t x ) for travelling from the current start position (X0) to the appointment place (FT), wherein the trip route (RT) comprises a location (C), and at least a first route section being part of a first route (R1) of the first vehicle (410) and a second route section being part of a second route (R2) of the second vehicle (420), and wherein the location (C) is included in the first route (R1) and the second route (R2) connecting the first route section and the second route section as a stop over such that the passenger (201) is able to change from the first vehicle (410) to the second vehicle (420).
