The three-coordinate measurement auxiliary clamp comprises a clamp base, a supporting frame, a servo motor and a compensator, four corners of the clamp base are connected with connecting blocks, the supporting frame is connected with the connecting blocks, the servo motor is connected to the supporting frame, and the servo motor is in transmission connection with a lifting rod; one end of the lifting rod abuts against the ground, the lifting rod extends to enable the clamp base to rise, the compensator is installed on the bottom face of the clamp base, the lower end of the compensator abuts against the rail flat car, and the axial length of the compensator is increased along with increasing of the distance between the clamp base and the rail flat car. The technical problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that a flatcar transfers a three-coordinate detection clamp, the leveling operation difficulty is large, and a bearing plane sinks or inclines are solved.
本发明涉及一种三坐标测量辅助夹具及使用方法，属于龙门式三坐标测量技术领域包括：夹具基座、支撑架、伺服电机以及补偿器，夹具基座四角连接有连接块，支撑架与连接块连接，伺服电机连接于支撑架，伺服电机传动连接有升降杆，升降杆的一端抵接地面，升降杆伸长使夹具基座升高，补偿器安装在夹具基座的底面，补偿器的下端抵接于轨道平车上，补偿器的轴向长度随夹具基座与轨道平车的间距增大而变长；其能解决现有技术中平车转移三坐标检测用夹具导致调平操作难度大，承载平面下沉或倾斜的技术问题。
