The invention discloses an airflow distribution mechanism and a ventilation system, and the airflow distribution mechanism comprises a plate-shaped body which comprises an upper plate body and a lower plate body, and the upper plate body and the lower plate body are buckled to define a sheet-shaped air cavity; the air injection holes are formed in the upper plate body and communicate with the sheet-shaped air cavity, the number of the air injection holes is multiple, and the multiple air injection holes are distributed in the upper plate body in a matrix mode; the valve structures are arranged at the positions of the air injection holes; when the area corresponding to the valve structure does not receive pressure from a loader, the valve structure closes the air injection hole; when the area corresponding to the valve structure is subjected to pressure from a loader, the valve structure responds to the pressure to open the air injection hole, and air flow in the sheet-shaped air cavity can be sprayed out through the air injection hole.
