本发明提供一种增程器冷启动排放装置，涉及电动汽车动力系统技术领域，包括：增程器，所述增程器经由发电机控制器、发电机和发动机共同组成，通过冷启动配合控制单元代替整车控制器直接请求增程器启动发电，经由冷启动配合控制单元预检测增程器发动机水温是否到达预设值，从而控制增程器的启动状态，当未到达预设值时，将控制限制发电机的输出电能，使得增程器处于怠速状态，以限制尾气排放量，当到达预设值时，则解除限制发电机的输出电能，使增程器处于正常运行状态，从而确保当前尾气排放不超标，解决了增程器直接介入工作时，催化器排气温度还未达到设计要求，导致尾气排放将会超出限制，造成排放污染的问题。
