The invention relates to the technical field of thermal management of hybrid electric vehicles, and discloses a cooperative thermal management system of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises an engine cooling loop comprising an engine, and a cooling water outlet of an engine body is connected with an engine minor cycle thermostat through a pipeline; the output end of the engine minor-cycle thermostat is connected with a high-temperature radiator through a loop C. The output end of the high-temperature radiator is connected with an engine major-cycle thermostat through a pipeline, and the output end of the engine major-cycle thermostat is connected with an engine cooling water inlet through a pipeline. The output end of the high-temperature radiator is connected with a high-temperature radiator expansion box through a pipeline; a turbocharger cooling circuit includes a gasoline engine turbocharger. According to the heat management scheme provided by the invention, important parts such as an engine, a motor and a battery can reach proper working temperatures through heat exchange, and emission and energy loss are greatly reduced.
