The invention discloses a protection method for a tractor in a heavy load state and related equipment. The method comprises the steps that the real-time rotating speed of an engine in the heavy load state is monitored; when it is monitored that the real-time rotating speed is smaller than a preset flameout threshold value, the running state of the gearbox is obtained; if the running state meets the preset state condition, the gear of the gearbox is switched to a target gear through a gear control instruction sent by a gearbox controller, so that a transmission chain between the gearbox and an engine is controlled to be disconnected, and the tractor enters a stagnation state; manual operation made by a driver based on the driving demand is obtained, and the tractor is controlled to be switched from the stagnation state to the driving state based on the manual operation; and if the running state does not meet the preset state condition, the engine is controlled to stop. According to the control method, the gearbox is controlled to switch the target gear only when the gearbox meets the preset state condition, so that the tractor in the heavy-load state enters the stagnation state, and frequent flameout of an engine in the heavy-load state is prevented.

    本申请公开了一种重载状态下拖拉机的保护方法及相关设备,该方法包括:监测重载状态下发动机的实时转速;当监测到实时转速小于预设的熄火阈值时,获取变速箱的运行状态;若运行状态满足预设的状态条件,则通过变速箱控制器发送的档位控制指令切换变速箱的档位至目标档位,以控制变速箱和发动机之间的传动链断开,以及拖拉机进入停滞状态;获取驾驶人员基于行驶需求作出的手动操作,基于手动操作控制拖拉机由停滞状态切换至行驶状态;若运行状态未满足预设的状态条件,则控制发动机熄火。本申请通过在变速箱满足预设的状态条件时,才控制变速箱进行目标档位的切换,使得重载状态的拖拉机进入停滞状态,防止重载状态下发动机频繁熄火。
