The invention provides a foamable rubber composition for tires as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the foamable rubber composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of medium halogenated butyl rubber, 0-50 parts of cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 5-50 parts of carbon black, 5-30 parts of a microsphere foaming agent, 5-20 parts of biological base oil, 1-10 parts of a hydrocarbon resin mixture, 1-5 parts of phenolic tackifying resin, 0-2 parts of an anti-aging agent and 3-7 parts of a vulcanizing agent. A microsphere foaming agent is adopted, the microsphere foaming agent is heated at 85-230 DEG C and then expands and foams to form a fine and uniform foam structure, and the microsphere foaming agent is added into a rubber formula to form a stable foaming effect, so that rubber is in a micro-foaming state, a layer of spongy rubber mixture is formed, and a spongy microporous structure is formed; and finally, noise generated in the running process of the tire is blocked and adsorbed through the spongy rubber mixture, so that the noise reduction effect is achieved.

    本发明提供一种轮胎用可发泡的橡胶组合物及其制备方法和应用,以重量份计由下述原材料组成:50‑100份中卤化丁基橡胶、0~50份顺1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶、5~50份炭黑、5~30份微球发泡剂、5~20份生物基油、1~10份碳氢树脂混合物、1~5份酚醛增粘树脂、0~2份防老剂、3~7份硫化剂。采用一种微球发泡剂,其在85‑230℃条件下加热后膨胀发泡形成细小均匀的泡孔结构,添加至橡胶配方中形成稳定的发泡效果,使橡胶达到微发泡状态,从而形成一层海绵状的橡胶混合物,形成海绵状的微孔结构;最后通过此海绵状橡胶混合物阻隔且吸附轮胎在行驶过程中的噪音,从而达到降噪的效果。
