The invention discloses a non-contact type liquid flow connecting structure in the technical field of cooling liquid conveying, and the non-contact type liquid flow connecting structure comprises a liquid supply inner pipe, a liquid return outer pipe, a communicating pipe, a buffer box, an equipment pump, a return pipe, an overflow pipe, a conveying pipe and liquid using equipment, an annular liquid inlet is formed in the top of the temporary storage box; one end of the communicating pipe is connected with the liquid supply inner pipe, and the other end of the communicating pipe is arranged above the annular liquid inlet with a downward opening; the equipment pump is mounted in an inner cavity of the buffer box and is connected with the liquid using equipment through a conveying pipe; one end of the return pipe is connected with liquid equipment, and the other end of the return pipe is arranged above the liquid return outer pipe with a downward opening; the overflow pipe is fixedly connected with the buffer box, one end of the overflow pipe communicates with an inner cavity of the buffer box, and the other end of the overflow pipe is arranged above the liquid return outer pipe with an opening facing downwards. The liquid flow connecting structure is formed by assembling the steel structure and the pipeline, machining and manufacturing are easy, the leakage risk is low, and the manufacturing cost is low.

    本发明公开了冷却液输送技术领域的一种非接触式液体流动连接结构,包括供液内管、回液外管、连通管、缓存箱、设备泵、回流管、溢流管、输送管和用液设备,缓存箱可相对转动的套设在回液外管和供液内管的外侧,缓存箱的顶部开设有环形进液口;连通管的一端与供液内管连接,另一端开口向下的设置在环形进液口的上方;设备泵安装在缓存箱的内腔中并通过输送管与用液设备连接;回流管的一端用液设备连接,另一端开口向下的设置在回液外管上方;溢流管与缓存箱固定连接,且溢流管的一端与缓存箱的内腔连通,另一端开口向下的设置在回液外管上方。本发明的液体流动连接结构通过钢结构及管路组装而成,易于加工制作,泄漏风险低,制作成本低。
