The embodiment of the invention provides a conical surface composite material mixed triangular mesh structure and a forming tool thereof. The triangular grid structure comprises an upper end frame, a lower end frame, a bidirectional spiral rib, an upper ring rib, a middle ring rib and a lower ring rib; the outer contour surface of the mixed triangular mesh structure is a conical surface; the upper end frame, the lower end frame, the bidirectional spiral ribs and the annular ribs are of an integrally formed structure; the upper end frame and the lower end frame are both L-shaped; the two-way spiral ribs are mutually symmetrical; the center line of the outer contour surface of the bidirectional spiral rib comprises an equal-pitch spiral line, an equal-spiral-angle spiral line and a geodesic line; the center line of the outer contour face of the annular ribs is a circle on the conical face, the middle annular rib is located in the middle of the mixed triangular grid structure, and the upper annular ribs and the lower annular ribs are evenly distributed in the direction of the upper end frame and the lower end frame. The technical problem that a traditional double-curved-surface inclined-rib skin-free composite material grid structure is particularly not suitable for a conical section structure with the small structure size and the limited inner envelope size or a conical section structure with the requirement for the pneumatic shape is solved.

    本申请实施例提供了锥面复合材料混合三角网格结构及其成型工装。三角网格结构包括上端框、下端框、双向螺旋筋和上环筋、中环筋、下环筋;混合三角网格结构的外轮廓面为圆锥面;上端框、下端框、双向螺旋筋和环筋为一体成型结构;所述上端框、下端框均为“L”形;双向螺旋筋相互对称;双向螺旋筋的外轮廓面中心线包括等螺距螺旋线、等螺旋角螺旋线及短程线;环筋的外轮廓面中心线为圆锥面上的圆,中环筋位于混合三角网格结构的中间,上环筋、下环筋沿上端框、下端框方向均匀分布。本申请解决了传统的双曲面斜筋无蒙皮复合材料网格结构尤其不适用结构尺寸较小且内包络尺寸有限制的锥段结构或对气动外形有要求的锥段结构的技术问题。
