A bearing frame is arranged below a slope surface formed by the top platform; the bearing frame comprises a bearing seat and a bearing supporting plate which are hinged to each other, and the bearing supporting plate can rotate relative to the bearing seat to adjust the inclination angle of the bearing supporting plate so as to support the top tables with different angles.
