本发明公开一种空间线性桁架结构连续缠绕成形与连接装置，包括：壳体框架结构、纵梁成型制造单元、腹杆缠绕与连接单元、桁架牵引单元、桁架定长截断单元及中心支撑导轨；纵梁成型制造单元用于纵梁杆件成形，并将纵梁杆件送入腹杆缠绕与连接单元；腹杆缠绕与连接单元在纵梁成型制造单元推送的纵梁杆件上交叉缠绕腹杆，形成桁架结构；桁架牵引单元为桁架结构沿中心支撑导轨运动提供牵引力，桁架定长截断单元在设定位置对桁架结构进行截断，中心支撑导轨为桁架结构运动提供轨道和支撑。本发明解决可折展型的空间桁架结构发射成本高、体积受火箭约束、展开过程故障率高的问题。
