本发明实施例提供了一种用于集装箱式车载医用隔离方舱的电能保障系统，包括：柴油发电机和市电两路主电源，在车载转运过程中，使用柴油发电机作为主电源，采用IT供电形式，柴油发电机引入三根相线、N线至配电装置；作为固定舱使用时，连接市电电源供电，采用TN‑S供电形式，由市电电源侧引入三根相线、N线及PE线至配电装置，并通过接地线连接埋入地下的接地棒和接地端子，在舱体附近重复接地；两路主电源互锁不能同时投入，且能够通过手动或自动电源切换装置进行电源切换；两路主电源与配备的储能不间断电源的出线电缆均在配电装置内进行放射式配电，通过桥架连接至休息间、缓冲间和病室各用电设备处。
